The NIRAVA InnerCalm App<\/h2>\n\n<h3>What we do not collect<\/h3>\n<p>NIRAVA InnerCalm is a wellness app dedicated to heart coherence and guided breathing. It was designed with full respect for your privacy.<\/p>\n<p>The app:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>does not create any user account<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>does not collect any personal data<\/strong> (no name, no email, no IP address, no geolocation);<\/li>\n<li><strong>does not include any analytics, ad tracking, or crash reporting tool<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>does not transmit any data to a remote server<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>does not contain any advertising<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>What is stored locally on your device<\/h3>\n<p>The following data is stored <strong>only on your device<\/strong> and is never sent externally:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>your session history (date, duration, breathing mode);<\/li>\n<li>your settings preferences (visual style, sounds, haptics, duration);<\/li>\n<li>your consecutive day streak.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This data never leaves your device. We have no access to it.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Deleting your data<\/h3>\n<p>You can delete all your local data at any time from the app settings (\u00ab\u00a0Delete my data\u00a0\u00bb button). Uninstalling the app also deletes all stored data.<\/p>\n\n<hr>\n\n<h2>3. The Website and Sign-up Form<\/h2>\n\n<h3>Data collected through the form<\/h3>\n<p>If you choose to sign up to receive the free heart coherence guide and be notified about the NIRAVA Premium version, we collect:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>your <strong>first name<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>your <strong>email address<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>your <strong>preferred language<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>your <strong>phone type<\/strong> (iPhone, Android, or both).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>Purpose of processing<\/h3>\n<p>This data is used <strong>exclusively<\/strong> to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>send you the free heart coherence guide (PDF) upon sign-up;<\/li>\n<li>keep you informed about NIRAVA InnerCalm updates (new versions, Premium release).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We will never send you advertising, third-party promotional content, or communications unrelated to NIRAVA.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Legal basis<\/h3>\n<p>Processing is based on <strong>your consent<\/strong> (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which you express by voluntarily filling out the sign-up form.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Retention period<\/h3>\n<p>Your data is retained until:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>you request its deletion; or<\/li>\n<li>the NIRAVA InnerCalm project ends, if applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>Hosting and security<\/h3>\n<p>Data collected through the form is hosted on a server located <strong>in France<\/strong>. Access is secured and limited to the data controller only.<\/p>\n<p>Your data is not shared with <strong>any third party<\/strong>, subcontractor, or external email platform.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Recipients<\/h3>\n<p>Only Philippe Charles, as data controller, has access to this data.<\/p>\n\n<hr>\n\n<h2>4.
