2. The NIRAVA InnerCalm App
What we do not collect
NIRAVA InnerCalm is a wellness app dedicated to heart coherence and guided breathing. It was designed with full respect for your privacy.
The app:
- does not create any user account;
- does not collect any personal data (no name, no email, no IP address, no geolocation);
- does not include any analytics, ad tracking, or crash reporting tool;
- does not transmit any data to a remote server;
- does not contain any advertising.
What is stored locally on your device
The following data is stored only on your device and is never sent externally:
- your session history (date, duration, breathing mode);
- your settings preferences (visual style, sounds, haptics, duration);
- your consecutive day streak.
This data never leaves your device. We have no access to it.
Deleting your data
You can delete all your local data at any time from the app settings (“Delete my data” button). Uninstalling the app also deletes all stored data.
3. The Website and Sign-up Form
Data collected through the form
If you choose to sign up to receive the free heart coherence guide and be notified about the NIRAVA Premium version, we collect:
- your first name;
- your email address;
- your preferred language;
- your phone type (iPhone, Android, or both).
Purpose of processing
This data is used exclusively to:
- send you the free heart coherence guide (PDF) upon sign-up;
- keep you informed about NIRAVA InnerCalm updates (new versions, Premium release).
We will never send you advertising, third-party promotional content, or communications unrelated to NIRAVA.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which you express by voluntarily filling out the sign-up form.
Retention period
Your data is retained until:
- you request its deletion; or
- the NIRAVA InnerCalm project ends, if applicable.
Hosting and security
Data collected through the form is hosted on a server located in France. Access is secured and limited to the data controller only.
Your data is not shared with any third party, subcontractor, or external email platform.
Recipients
Only Philippe Charles, as data controller, has access to this data.
4. Your Rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679), you have the following rights:
- Right of access: obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and receive a copy.
- Right to rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure: request deletion of your data.
- Right to restriction: request temporary suspension of processing.
- Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured, readable format.
- Right to object: object to the processing of your data.
