Our coaches are all certified and have a successful coaching experience in companies. They all share a strong belief in the abilities of people and are able to adapt to the different forms of coaching that we offer through our platform.

Some of them have a great knowledge of your business sector, which is not essential but often saves time because they quickly understand your language and the challenges you have to face.

Based on the principle that they are the best placed to identify good coaches, they are the ones who co-opt newcomers but also regulate the difficulties that could possibly arise between a coach and a client.
